WeeCare Policies for Non-budgeted Groups & Fellowships

Child care may be provided at church according to the following guidelines:

A. Group Fellowship Events (provides up to 3.5 hours of care):

$ 6.00 per child

$20.00 family max

B. Church Ministry Events (provides up to 2 hours of care):

$ 5.00 per child

$10.00 family max

Other Notes:

1.   Childcare for church events may be requested when scheduling events on the Church Calendar.  Please schedule 4-6 weeks in advance.

2. A minimum of five (5) children attending is required in order to secure care.

3. Please note that preschool facilities will remain open no later than 9:00 pm.

4. Firm reservations are needed with specific ages of children. 

5. Fellowship events require pre-registration and prepayment unless otherwise specified.

6. Ministry events may allow payment at event. See publicity for details.

7. Cancellations may be made with a 24 hour notice; however, refunds are not guaranteed.
