Leader Placement Steps for On-Going Groups
(This is often ABS & Home Group Leaders.)

1. If you are not a member, plan to attend our next First Step Membership Class.

2. Review the Beliefs for Group Leaders.

3. Review Job Descriptions for ABS Leader or Home Group Leader.

4. Read the Leader Covenant.

5. Complete the on-line Leader Information Form. (Paper Version)

6. Join the appropriate leader email list: Home Group Leaders or ABS Leaders.

7. Potential Leader Training (ABS 101 Class or Home Groups 101 Class).

8. Meeting with Director/Coach.

9. Placement/Assignment.
